| Fircroft An Established Oil Company (PSC) in Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for : "Tranportation/Logistic Manager (Marine and Aviation)" (15 years experience in Oil and Gas Company) PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • DIRECT ALL TRANSPORTATION, FACILITY AND GENERAL SERVICES PLANS, ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS in order to improve accountability. • Develop, implement and review objectives, plans, budget and projects. • Prepare divisional Plan for current operations activities as well as all future activities. • Review necessary requirements of Major Project Design, Middle Size Project as well as other [and future] projects to comply with company policies. • DEVELOP AND IMPROVE TRANSPORTATION, FACILITY AND GENERAL SERVICES PROCEDURE, STANDARD AND GUIDELINES to comply with industry standards and company policies. • Develop and maintain company Transportation, Facility and General Services Management System as well as the related procedure(s) and standing instruction(s). • Monitor and evaluate implementation of SOP. • DEVELOP AND IMPROVE REPORTING SYSTEM in accordance to company plans and policies. • Communicate current implementation Transportation, Facility and General Services standards and certifications to BP Migas, MIGAS and related parties. • Monitor and ensure that the system complies to BP Migas standard reporting procedures. • Represent the company for external communications (i.e., projects, certifications). • AUTHORIZE DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVE IMPROVEMENT OF ALL PROCESSES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES in order to minimize potential loss and comply with standard industry practice. • Develop programs in reference to industry best practices. Ensure contractor compliance to agreement with company. • Gain acceptance for Transportation, Facility and General Services schedules. • MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION WITH RELATED PARTIES in order to share information and provide better service. • Communicate routinely with government institutions (i.e., BP Migas, Migas). • Hold regular coordination meeting with other dept(s). & div(s). (i.e., with Operations, Field Maintenance, regarding routine activities) to improve communication. • Provide technical expertise to other dept(s). and div(s). regarding Transportation, Facility and General Services. • JUSTIFY AND PROPOSE BUDGET, WORKPLAN AND RELATED ACTIVITIES. • Direct the preparation of divisional budget (monthly, quarterly and yearly). • Establish standard contract (including scope of work, estimated costs and work plan). • Direct all planning, preparation and monitoring of Transportation, Facility and General Services contracts. • Determine corrective actions as necessary. • Direct the development of all relevant procedures and standards to optimize support. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor degree from reputable university. • Has minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
