PT Fircroft Indonesia is currently recruiting a number of technical engineers, technologists as well as support staff for the oil and gas sector. Our client is an international oil and gas exploration and operating company with significant interests in Indonesia. We are now searching for the following position: AVIATION QA QC (Office based) Education and Experience: • Aviation Academy - Aviation Engineer/Diploma Degree in Engineering. • Proven experience in aviation supervision is essential with at least 5 years in oil and gas operations. Basic Purpose and Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure maintaining all Company s contracted aircraft in airworthy conditions and meet Company s Global Aviation standard and industry practices. Job Description: • Provide daily monitoring to all Company s contracted aircraft and ensure all are operated both technically and operationally in safe manner and comply with related existing regulations. • Control the daily aircraft pilot duty hours & daily aircraft engineer working hours include rotation schedule and minimize the unnecessary over manpower on site. • Conduct daily monitoring on all Company s contracted aircraft maintenance and maintenance schedule & control the level contracted aircraft spare parts and ensure there is no "bogus" spare in the system and make sure its availability, well recorded and traceability. • Ensure the staff at Halim and Matak airport provide checking to all hazardous substances against IATA regulation prior to load onto the fixed wing aircraft and provide a quick decision for any impact to the flight operations. • Provide monitoring all of Aircraft Directive (AD) and SB (Service Bulletin) to ensure the air operators follow the requirement. • Conduct regular aviation quality and safety audit to all contracted aircraft, Prepare quality and safety audit report and conduct follow-up to make sure all findings and recommendations are rectified in timely manner. • Take part in the preparation of all aviation tender include technical evaluation and air operator inspection to ensure the tender requirement complies with Company s corporate aviation policy. • Provide support to Corporate Company s Aviation for any aviation inspection outside of Company s Indonesia BU. • Conduct periodical review to Company s aviation regulation and policy & conduct periodical inspection to all Company aviation facilities and provide with recommendation for improvement. • Performs non-routine task and attend such meetings as directed from time to time by Superintendent Transportation or as opportunity present in order to meet with Company s objective.
